Tam Dao mountain domain of Vinh Phuc Province, is located between the deltas of the Red River, Hanoi is just over 40 kilometers as the crow flies, not only famous for its cool weather comparable to Sa Pa and Da Lat but also famous for its specialties.
Day 1: Hanoi - Tay Thien (L, D)
Day 1: Hanoi - Tay Thien (L, D)
Our tour will be started at 7:00. Driver and guide of Asia Charm Tours pick you up at the lobby of the hotel for departure to Tay Thien.
After 1.5 hours driving, we will arrive in Tay Thien. We go to visit some famous destination include: Trinh Temple, Trung (Middle) Temple, Thuong (Up) Temple, Mau (Mother) Temple, Truong Sinh (Longevity) Stream and Bac (Silver) Falls…The weather in Tay Thien is very cool and comfortable. The landscape is beautiful and romantic. You can go to walk or use cable hanger to go to Bac (Silver) Falls.
After have a luch, we go to visit Truc Lam Zen Monastery. This is one of the three largest Zen monasteries in Vietnam. It is known as not only a holy land attracting a large number of Buddhist pilgrims but also a beautiful tourist destination. You will find the Drump Tower and the Bell Tower here.
Depart for Tam Dao, check into hotel. After the dinner, it is your free time to discover Tam Dao Town by night.
Day 2: Tam Dao - Hanoi (B, L)
After have breakfast, you climb up 2000 rock steps to visit Satelline Tower, where is the highest in Tam Dao, you find the feeling of one who has conquered the peak. Taking a deep breath catching the fresh air of Tam Dao and feel your heart at ease. We go to visit the Ba Chua Thuong Ngan Temple and Silver Waterfall . Have lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we go shopping before transferring back Hanoi.
17:30 Tour ends upon arrival in Hanoi.
