Ha Giang - buckwheat flower paradise

Known for loving, lovely of buckwheat flower, from November 11th to 15th,  four districts of Dong Van, Quan Ba, Yen Minh and Meo Vac of province Ha Giang will held The Buckwheat Flower Festival 2015 for the first time.

The opening of the festival  aims to honor special cultural values of the Dong Van rocky highlands to turn the buckwheat flower into a tourism trademark of the locality and province.

According to local people said:  By the beginning of August, people here start sowing triangular circuit, until the end of November and early December, then begin harvesting. Body triangular circuit when young can be used for food such as vegetables boiled. If so bloomers, results and nuts, may harvest as food powdered.

October on Dong Van Plateau is the time when the tiny flowers with pale pink bloom throughout the terraced fields, covered slopes roses conceal the cold gray color xam of a region "more rock land ". The slender body cluster of birds flower buds are pink and white gives the terraced rice paddies a difference splendid colors and soft, pink cascading rice fields floors, roof layers surround the hill as the multi-tiered skirt of "natural princess".
