Ban Gioc Waterfall - Spectacular Nature Beauty That Mother Nature Dedicated to Nature and Cao Bang People
Located in the northeastern
province of Cao Bang, Ban Gioc Waterfall is considered as one of Vietnam's most
impressive natural sights. With the height of 30m and width of 300 m, Ban Gioc
Waterfall becomes the widest waterfall in Vietnam and one of the most
spectacular waterfalls of the world. Thanks to its own captivating and
magnificent natural beauty, Ban Gioc Waterfall has attracted the attention of a
lot of tourists coming from all over the world come to explore and experience

The waterfall can be visited at
any time of year, but in my opinion, the best time to do it is from September
to October, when the summer rains that make Ban Gioc more beautiful and spectacular
by the strong currents and the harvest is in full swing. And do not forget
taking a visit to the nearby Nguom Ngao Caves to be able to make your trip a
bit more interesting with the exciting exploring activities in caves. 
One of the best ways to discover
Ban Gioc Waterfall is taking a bamboo boat. By this ways, visitors will move to
get close to the foot of the waterfall.
Sitting on a 20-square-meter raft, visitors can admire the other side of
the waterfall, and you will have an opportunity to observe the multidimensional
beauty of Ban Gioc. After disembarking, tourists can drop by Viet Nam’s border
marker 836 which was set up in 2001 for a great photo opportunity.
Whatever to say about Ban Gioc
waterfall anymore, this site always brings you a picturesque natural image by
the harmonious combination of the mountain landscape. But if you have chance to
come here to explore and experience this scenery, you should spend more extra
time visiting Ba Be Lake - the biggest natural fresh water lake of Vietnam to
have chance to see the bigger nature picture about the mountain landscape of
Northern mountainous Vietnam.
