Kontum Trekking tour 4 days

In the Central Highlands, the Ba Na region around Kon Tum offers ideal hiking. You can pass through cassava and sugar plantations and have dinner in a communal village house, known as a Rong. You can the nearby Lak Lake and perhaps give your legs a rest by taking a short elephant ride then spend the night in a traditional longhouse.

ITINERARY

Day 1 : Hoian town to Kontum ( L, D )

08h00: Pick up at the hotel in Hoian.

Day 2: Kon Tum - KonKoTu ( B, L, D)

Morning :7h30 breakfast at Indochina hotel. visit wooden church.

11h00 Start the trek crossing suspension bridge to KonKlor II village and to KonJoRi village.

Lunch at KonJoRi.

Afternoon:

14:00 trek through forest to KonKoTu village. Swim in DakBla river.

18:30 Dinner in Rong house.

19:30 enjoy traditional Gong music, Xoang dance and drink local jar-wine.

Overnight in Rong house.

Day 3: KonKoTu - Kon Tum - KonRay( B, L, D)

Morning: Breakfast in Rong house.

7:00 car picks up from KonKoTu to suspension bridge; then trek the villages of BahNar people: KonRoWang, KonKoPong, KonTumKoNam and Wooden church. Lunch in Kon Tum.

Afternoon: Leave KonTum for KonRay district (50 km). Visit KonRoSieng village then visit KonCheoLeo village (JoLong people). Trek from KonCheoLeo to KonDu village. Swim in DakPoNe River.

18:30 dinner in Rong house. Overnight in Rong house.

Day 4 : KonRay - Mang Den - Hoian ( B, L)

Morning: Breakfast. 7:30 trek through natural pine forest and jungle. Visit Rainbow waterfall.

12:00 arrive at Mang Den peak (1200 m).

Lunch picnic.

Car picks up and transfer to Hoi An on the 24 highway. End of tour.
