Tu Lan - Phong Nha cave 2 days

Tu Lan caves system is located at Tan Hoa Village, Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh. It is about 70km North West of Phong Nha. The valley mountain formed 4 caves in the areas which beautiful stalagmite and stalactite inside the caves, a small waterfall and underground river make Tu Lan is the unique place for adventure cavers. 

The tour is designed for 2 days and 1 night trekking, overnight at campsite in front of the big Tu Lan cave, where tourist will experience in living in the jungle and cave, a chance for animal watching and go fishing on the river right at the cave areas. The trekking distance is about 7km and take about 3 hours trekking through 2 moderate slopes.

Tour start at 07:00am from Phong Nha and finish around 17:00pm at Phong Nha town.

TOUR PROGRAM:

Day 1: Phong Nha -Tan Hoa-Tu Lan (L,D)

08:00 Depart from Phong Nha to Tan Hoa Village by vehicle 

09:30 Arrive at trekking point at Tan Hoa and start trekking up 2 hills

13:00 Arrive at Tu Lan Big cave - Lunch

14:00-17:00 Explore 2 caves in of Tu Lan

19:00  Overnight at campsite in front of Tu Lan cave - A beautiful beach in front of the cave

20:00  Night fishing and animal watching

Day 2: Tu Lan - Phong Nha (B,L)

07:00  Breakfast: 

08:00-10:00 Explore one more cave about 1 hour trek from Vu Lan valley, and the amazing valley of Vu Lan.

10:30 - 13:30 Trek back to Tan Hoa Village (3 hours) and visit Hang Chuot cave

13:30-14:30  Lunch at local restaurant in Tan Hoa

15:30  Car pick-up and transfer to Phong Nha.
