Lao Cai is border highlands province northwest Vietnam 296 km from Ha Noi under  railway and  345 km road.

There is also a beautiful little stream that stretches for about 15 km, through the town of Lao Chai, Ta Van, Hau Thao and ends at Ban Ho…..
